MARK TOOMEY, RKC TEAM LEADER ATTENDED PAVEL’S BODYWEIGHT WORKSHOP BACK IN 2006, HSV 2009 and IS DOWN FOR HSV 2010:

“In November of 2006, I attended the last two day Naked Warrior class Pavel held. Many times, I have told him how that class literally changed my thinking about fitness as I exited my 40’s and how and in many ways , it was a life-altering experience and cemented my commitment to the RKC community. I have very little doubt that this event will be any less powerful.

There are things Pavel will teach and expand upon that you’re just not going to get at any other RKC experience.

Trust me, we did a two day event similar to this in August of 2007, and I’m still getting e-mails from people begging us to do it again, they knew what they missed and regret passing up the chance. By the way, our class in Reno was $200 more expensive than Ventura.

Just as a disclaimer, I’m not getting paid to go to Ventura. I’m paying my own way to come down, but it’s worth it. Why? The things I’ll learn, in some cases re-learn, will help keep me up with my twenty-something Marines, make me a better trainer and teacher, and re-confirm why the RKC is such a cool place to be.”

THE IRON TAMER, MASTER RKC DAVID WHITLEY on HSV 2009:
“Now why would I fly all the way to California to train with Pavel, when I get to see him at every RKC event I attend?

It is because of the MATERIAL he is covering. The focus of this workshop is bodyweight strength training. At the RKC, we spend the majority of the time on kettlebell drills for obvious reasons.

This workshop will cover the principals of strength as it applies to bodyweight training and goes beyond the Naked Warrior into uncharted territory.

Pavel assured me that he will be covering material that he has not written about yet, material that is available nowhere else [And Pavel will have 33% Newer material this year at HSV 2 than last year!]!

That is enough for me to hop on a plane to California! How about you?”

RKC TEAM LEADER Jordan Vezina on HSV 2009:

“First, understand that I went into this already being able to pistol the 40 kg. and do one arm/ one leg push ups.
About fifteen minutes in I realized that I still know nothing. I was missing at least half a dozen essential pieces.
I walked on the field with three nagging pains. Left knee, lower back, and left shoulder. I had also somehow managed to tweak my left trap during the three minute drive from the hotel to the field. Within a half hour they were no longer a problem. I was more flexible than I had been previously….This one was second only to the RKC itself. Thanks to Sean for setting it up, all the instructors who came out, and of course to Pavel.
If you practice Naked Warrior principles and missed this you should be kicking yourself right about now.”

Conversation I had Last Year With Master RKC Rif about intelligent bodyweight training:

Last year Master RKC and former Gymnast Mark Reifkind was at Hardstyle Ventura.

Because of his mind-boggling experience with bodyweight and gymnastic strength training, BY FAR more than any other RKC, I asked him:

Do gymnastics teachers provide their students with the kind of detailed, ordered, precise breakdown of proper Technique, with all of the perfectly placed auxiliary movements that Pavel was using?

He laughed and said that he had learned from the school of Hard Knocks (the opposite of the school of Hard Style): Just do it, figure it out…try not to get hurt.  Rif said this “throw and go” approach has gotten better over the years but is still there. This of course is a good way to find out what doesn’t work, but its also a good way to get seriously injured.

So why not get the highest level instruction for your bodyweight training and/or your clients

You will be getting something that top level gymnasts wish they had…and you can learn the techniques of bodyweight strength the easy way.

Pavel Tsatsouline, RKC Chief Instructor

Is The Godfather of modern kettlebell training aka. the RKC.  If there were no Pavel, there would be no kettlebell movement in the U.S.

Pavel started to gain fame in 1998 when he was published for the first time in MILO magazine. Pavel’s subversive article, Vodka, Pickle Juice, Kettlebell Lifting, and Other Russian Pastimes, was extremely well received by the most ruthless critics in the iron world.

In 2001, the “Year of the Kettlebell, Dragon Door published Pavel’s The Russian Kettlebell Challenge and forged the first US made Russian style cast iron kettlebell. RKC, the first kettlebell instructor course on American soil, kicked off. Later that year, Pavel Tsasouline was voted a “Hot Trainer” by Rolling Stone magazine.

Pavel Tsatsouline will always reign as the modern king of kettlebells since it was he who popularized them to the point where you could almost find a country filled with his converts as well as certified over 1000 kettlebell instructors all over the world and written best selling books on Bodyweight, Powerlifting, and Kettlebell strength training.

Mark "Doc" Cheng, RKC Team Leader

Dr. Mark Cheng is a world renowned expert in East Asian martial arts, holding instructor credentials in several systems and having researched martial & restorative/holistic arts around the world. He serves as a contributing editor to Black Belt Magazine - the world's leading magazine of self defense. Through his lifelong love of martial arts, he began to study Tui-Na (www.tui-na.net) (Chinese manual medicine) and holds a Ph..D. in Chinese medicine, specializing in orthopedics. His dissertation was on the treatment of cervicogenic migraine headaches using traditional Chinese manipulative medicine. He also holds a California state licensure to practice acupuncture. Dr. Cheng is a former faculty member at two of the premier Chinese medical universities in Southern California, and currently serves as a faculty member of Gray Cook's Functional Movement Systems (www.functionalmovement.com).

In the field of kettlebell training, Dr. Cheng was highly fortunate to receive the vast majority of his kettlebell training
directly from RKC Chief Instructor, Pavel Tsatsouline. Seeing the immediate clinical application of Tsatsouline's Hard Style strength & rehab methods to chronic pain and athletic injury rehabilitation, Dr. Cheng certified as an RKC instructor under his mentor and now serves as an RKC Team Leader level instructor. He travels around the world, assisting Tsatsouline in instructor certifications and teaching his own rehab-based or martial arts-based workshops. Dr. Cheng authored the Kettlebells from the Ground-Up manual, expounding on the Turkish Get-Up for functional movement rehabilitation and serves as an assistant instructor for the CK-FMS (Corrective Kettlebell - Functional Movement Specialist) workshops. He is featured in the upcoming Kettlebells from the Ground Up II: The Advanced Progressions.

Based in Southern California, Dr. Cheng is the Chief Instructor of Kettlebells Los Angeles, where his clientele include everyone from pro athletes & celebrities to teenagers and housewives. He has trained such luminaries as Guro Dan Inosanto, Machado Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu's Rigan Machado, and assisted his mentor, Pavel Tsatsouline, with law enforcement and military training. No other instructor brings the rare mix of martial arts master, physician, and kettlebell instructor to the game like Dr. Cheng does!

Someone asking Pavel where the beach is at Hardstyle Ventura 2009.

What they say about Pavel’s training

“If I could have met Pavel in the early ’80s, I might have won two gold medals.”—Dr. Dennis Koslowski, Olympic Silver Medallist Greco-Roman Wrestling

“… if I were to recommend one Physical Training program to develop a Marine’s overall strength and fighting capability, it would be one prescribed by Pavel Tsatsouline. His exercise principles are well researched, easy to implement, and focus directly on a functional end-state: high caliber efficiency. From hoisting his beloved Kettlebells to Janda sit-ups to one-legged squats, results are declarative… stop looking for a better piece of equipment or diet supplement and get ‘Pavelized.’” —George H. Bristol, Col., USMC, Founder Marine Corps Martial Arts Program

“… sophisticated and raw at the same time… Add nothing. Take nothing away. You… are the “Rolling Stones”, just keep playing and don’t die – that’s all you got to do.” —Gray Cook, consultant to the NHL, NBA, NFL, and WNBA, the author of Athletic Body in Balance

“Pavel is like a Jedi Master, I've read all his books and came in thinking I'd know most things… way wrong! Learned more than I ever thought possible.

Pavel's depth of knowledge knows no bounds…”- Paul McIlroy, CSCS; Boxer, World Junior Power Lifting Champion

I salute Pavel…” —Louie Simmons, Westside Barbell Club

What they say about Dr. Mark Cheng’s Training:

“Dr Mark Cheng is plain and simply brilliant. As a person and Kettlebell teacher. He helped me fix the problems associated with self learning. He simplified it for me and was there to spot my weakness and strengths at all times. Not only was Dr Cheng tough with me, he also made the training fun, which really helped when the going got tough!
Yes the 'Doc' has the correct remedy.
Thank you again.”
—Shane Nicoletti. Dublin, Ireland

It was a privilege to be part of his workshop. His teaching methods were simple yet truly effective. I have been going through rehabilitation after a lower back surgery and he has introduced me to whole new set of techniques that would speed up my recovery process. I have become a believer in RKC.
DJ. Los Angeles, CA

I have been swinging kettlebells for over three years and always knew I was missing something. I was strong but not as strong as I could be or should be. Dr. Cheng recognized and fixed my problem right away. I went from not being able to double-snatch the 24k's to double snatching the 40k's in a few weeks! I always knew it could happen and Dr. Cheng showed me the way. Thank you very much.
John Wild Buckley RKC. Oakland, CA

What they said about HSV 2009:

“HSV 2009 was awesome. We did a lot, but everyone still felt strong afterwards. A second day is completely realistic and exciting.”

-Daniel N.

“There were so many new techniques and new ways of approaching "routine" exercises that by the end of the day I was in a stupor.  It became clear why so many people brought notepads to the event!”

-Dale Armstrong, RKC

“I think an entire day for the Naked Warrior / bodyweight training was entirely appropriate.  I thought an excellent pace was maintained throughout that allowed for thorough presentation of the material and a chance for practical application.  In fact, I would have liked to have spent a bit more time on the press.” [we’ve brought in Dave Whitley to instruct the Press at Hardstyle Ventura 2010 to fix this problem]

-Jim Skislak RKC

“What I really liked was the personal attention due to the class size. There was literally an instructor per 5 students which is very rare.  Whatever you do, I can't wait to join again this year!”

-Amir K.

“One day, smokin' agenda!”

-George C.

“...this workshop was a revelation to me.  As a beginner I got a tremendous volume of information but it was presented in a way that I can understand and retain it.  Would have been worth it at twice the price. Thanks to you and to Pavel and the other instructors.  Fantastic job.  I will not only attend again work permitting but will try to get a crew to head west.”

-Mark L.

“I am writing to tell you how much I enjoyed your seminar this past October in Ventura.  I found it to be tremendously educational and challenging and has allowed me to pass on the benefits I gained to my clients.”

-Antonio Cordova, NSCA-CPT, RKC II

“It was indeed a great workshop, and many thanks to Sean, Pavel, and all the RKCs present who assisted. It was great meeting so many people, and the community down in SoCal seemed pretty great!

The day was packed with more information that I thought could be taught in that timeframe, and all the exercises were rotated so there was no burnout on anything. We worked hard all day and were still able to do push-ups, pistols, and presses at quittin time. I don't recall working abs very much, but interestingly (to me, at least), those were the most sore muscles in my body on Monday!”

-Gregory Frank, RKC

“Comrades teammates, this was quite an eventful season of hard style labs. I took many, many notes yesterday at Ventura, and if you were there training and prac-apping, I was your platoon scribe….Great work to all involved, from our host, to the city of Ventura, CA, up to the top and back.”

-Will Williams, Sr. RKC

“Pavel and Rif's excellent instruction

allowed me to pull off my first

handstand pushup (with support)

last year.”

-Jordan Vezina, RKC TL

“72 degrees, an ocean breeze,

pull up bars and RKC's...

nothing was missing.”

-Mark Toomey, RKC TL

“Thank you for making this

“strength vacation” happen, Com. Sean!”
-Pavel Tsatsouline, Chief RKC

The training grounds of HardStyle Ventura an hour before starting time.

Hardstyle Vacation:

Hardstyle Ventura is intentionally put at the end of the calendar because even top notch strength organizations need a chance to kick back and train even harder and smarter.

Last year at HSV 2009 I was talking to an RKC II at the pull-up bar.  We were noticing each other’s improvements in pull-ups in such a short time.  Both had huge smiles on our faces.

I asked him what he thought of the event.  His analysis: “this is just like an RKC, except it’s laid back.”

Hardstyle Ventura has a very similar feel to an RKC because of the personnel.

But, there are no tests, no timer going off for swings (had to talk Dave Whitley out of that one last year), no burpees, and no anxiety.

Just listen, take some notes, do your best, and put in practice what these master teachers are feeding you.  The soothing sounds of the ocean will calm you.

Most attendees I spoke with explained that they picked up more training tips and performed better than they ever had because of this relaxed atmosphere.

But don’t get too comfortable listening to the sounds of the ocean, because when you open your eyes Pavel will be staring at you from 3 feet away.

You will be getting strong at the Marina Park in one of the last real beach towns in California, Ventura, with sweeping views of the Pacific Ocean and Ventura Foothills to provide a terrific backdrop for learning the skill of strength and will motivate you to push yourself farther than you ever have before! And why not bring your spouse, girlfriend, boyfriend, or a whole family for a California vacation?

http://www.ventura-usa.com/

Snacks and water and some protein drinks will be provided. There are several quality restaurants within a short driving distance from the park. Last year most attendees stuck around the park and talked shop with the Sr. RKCs and TLs (it was a thing of beauty).

Saturday night, November 6th we will go out to downtown Ventura and get a steak or two and a beer or three at Winchester’s (dinner and drinks not included with tuition).  Pavel and the Doc and the Viking are all game.

What’s the training schedule?

You will be greasing the groove on day one with Pavel and Rif.  You will be perfecting your pushups, one arm pushups, pull-ups, pistols, hanging leg raises, handstands, hand stand push-ups, and bridges and all kinds of auxiliary movements that will help get you there FAST.

Since Hardstyle includes but is not limited to mastering tension, Pavel will be hands on demonstrating various stretching and relaxation techniques as well that will make pistols, one arm pushups, handstands, hanging leg raises, etc. much, much easier for you.  Relaxation is the other side of the Hardstyle Coin.

BODYWEIGHT SUSPENSION TRAINING-A HSV 2 EXCLUSIVE!!

Also featured on the Bodyweight Strength Tutorial on Day One will be the basics of Suspension Training.  The TRX will be featured, but the principles can be applied to any suspension device, even simple ropes.

This section will be led by Pavel and Mark Toomey, RKC Team Leader and will be tied in with the basic bodyweight strength drills that will be covered.

Pavel believes the TRX to be an excellent product for suspension training and will reveal his organized thoughts on suspension training for the first time ever at Hardstyle Ventura.

When Suspension Training meets Bodyweight Strength

“Iron Tamer” David Whitley, Master RKC

The Iron Tamer Philosophy

Old-timers of the iron game knew how to maximize their bodies, squeezing out every possible ounce of functional strength. Looks, while a consideration, were secondary. Just look at men like Arthur Saxon and Eugene Sandow. These were men of exceptional strength as well as ideal proportion. They knew that without strength, muscle was just in the way.

Sadly, somewhere along the way this idea was lost. The "Jolly Game of Taming Iron" described by Russian Olympic lifter Yuri Vlasov has given way to the chrome machines and color-coded Ken-and-Barbie dumbells of today.

Following the lead of Pavel Tsatsouline, Iron Tamer is about reclaiming our past. If you are looking for discussion about the latest super-supplement, elliptical machines or muscle isolation techniques, this is not the place for you.

What they say about the Iron Tamer’s training

I first met Dave at my RKC in 2005 and he has been a great friend ever since. He has a great knowledge of all things kettlebell with none of the attitude that so often comes along for the ride. Not to mention that Dave is one of the strongest people to walk the earth. If you have to opportunity to train with one of the RKC elite don't pass it up.
Doug Nepodal, Sr.RKC

I attended the October RKC as an assistant this year. During the 3 days, David spoke about "What is RKC" I must say that after listening to his speech, I can tell you that this is a guy who has great passion and has dedicated all his time and effort into teaching and practicing the RKC principles. I hope to be teaching next to David in the future. If you ever get the priviledge to train under David or listen to him speak about Kettlebell training, you are getting the best instruction and advice out there. He is RKC, He is HARDSTYLE!!!
Phil Scarito

Thank you very much IRONTAMER!
I got the basics and beyond the basics.
Tokyo's two-day workshop was the best.
HARDSTYLE is beautiful.

Atsushi Ishikawa

David displays a motivation and tenacity for his craft that is not seen much these days. This determination clearly shows that he genuinely loves what he is doing.
This carries over to his teaching wich I thought was top notch.

I had never used kettlebells prior to meeting Dave. During my session he had me using a bell of about 50#.
I'm known to dumbbell swing in upwards of 200# for a single. So I thought I new a little about how to swing a weight.

Boy, was I wrong. Dave was able to teach me how to properly swing the kettlebell in no time at all.
I feel David is without a doubt A CUT-ABOVE in his field and anyone from the beginner to the advanced should seek out his teachings.

Best Regards,
Mike "The Machine" Bruce

David is an exceptional trainer. He has an unbelievable ability to connect with others and help them achieve results. In my opinion, it is mostly because he has achieved them himself. He doesn't BS himself, nor will he BS his "victims". This is the first step in enacting change. The next step is where you'll see his wonderful instruction skills take over.

If you're considering training with Dave, stop considering and do it.

Jeff O'Connor, Master RKC

"A very competent and capable kettlebell instructor, David Whitley will make you a better man or woman."

-Pavel Tsatsouline

Can I just sit around and maybe sign up later?

NO.  YOU MUST MAKE HASTE! The class size is limited and the registration is on the first come, first serve basis.

Hardstyle Ventura 2009 sold out quickly and that was before the secret was out on what an incredible event this is, not to mention all of the upgrades that HSV 2010 gives to you.

My refund policy is simple: if we can find someone to fill your spot, then I will gladly refund your investment.  Last year there were a few full refunds and a few that were not refunded because of extremely late notice.  If something comes up, please don’t wait until the last minute to tell me because then I can’t fill your spot.  Thank you in advance for your understanding.

What is my investment?

You are in for BOTH DAYS for $1049!!!

Most of the attendants at Hardstyle Ventura 2009 happily invested $499.99 for only one day

Considering that Pavel has DVD sets that cost half that much and his other seminars usually cost upwards of $2,000 dollars, it is a steal!

Ventura, California is in Pavel and Doc Cheng’s backyard (and the Viking loves to come visit Southern California), they love putting a hurt on their “victims” on the beach, so they decided to give you a break.

Since the kettlebells are limited, we strongly encourage you to bring your own. 12kg and 16kg for ladies and 16kg or 20kg and a 24kg or 32kg for men.  Or just bring all the KBs you can handle to bring (and do not forget to adequately label them).

We need pull-up bars for DAY ONE ONLY.  If you have a TAPS unit or a similar, heavy duty system that can handle bulky comrades then email me.  You will receive a 25% OFF.  Email me directly for your discounted Paypal Link and let me know that you have a heavy duty PU Bar.

If you are currently in the market for a high quality pull-up bar, now you can invest in a bar and take immediate advantage of the cost savings of bringing it to HSV to help pay off your investment.  Get your TAPS Unit HERE:

A Special Message from Doc Cheng:

“Strength Enthusiasts, Clinicians, & Athletes,

Last year, Sean Schniederjan put together a unique event in sunny So-Cal that blew the lid right off the strength training world. That inaugural one-day training workshop, taught by Russian Kettlebell Challenge founder Pavel Tsatsouline drew strength training coaches, fitness trainers, kettlebell afficionados, and human performance experts from all over the country!

That workshop, known as Hard Style Ventura, is coming back to you again and better than ever!

If you thought it was going to be just another re-hash of Pavel's same offerings as last year, you couldn't be more wrong.

- It's not just Naked Warrior with a few new tricks.

- It's not just RKC level one.

- It’s not just RKC level two.

  1. -It's not just Relax into Stretch.

This year, Pavel's unveiling some of his newest, most cutting edge developments. He's been working on this stuff behind the scenes for a while now, and even though I've received the bulk of my kettlebell and strength training directly from him, even I haven't seen any of this stuff!

This is going to be Pavel’s first ever workshop featuring suspension training!

And if that doesn't intrigue the living heck out of you right from the get-go, Sean took the feedback from last year's event seriously and has responded in professional style, making this a 2-day event this time!

On Day 2, Dave Whitley & I will be tag-teaming to unveil some of our newest stuff.

I'll be teaching you as yet unreleased material from the sequel to the wildly popular Kalos Sthenos: Kettlebells from the Ground-Up, known as Kettlebells from the Ground-Up 2: The Advanced Progressions.

Don't think for one second that these masters of movement are going to limit their teaching to the stuff that's already going to be in print or on DVD!

Pavel, Dave Whitley, and I are known for going above & beyond. We're going to do our very best to not just show you a bunch of cool party tricks, but rather teach you intelligent, progressive, and methodical teaching & training cues that give you and your clients both greater understanding and ability.

Sounds like it'll cost a small fortune, RIGHT?

WRONG. You are getting the unbelievable opportunity to see, experience, and learn these things first hand from the top experts themselves for LESS THAN THE PRICE OF AN HKC (PER DAY)!

Besides the Chief Instructor (Pavel) himself, this workshop already has more Masters, Seniors, and Team Leaders than an official RKC and more are on the way. Rest assured that this is going to be one of the biggest strength workshops of 2010.

[SIDENOTE: Sean's too damn generous.... to a fault. When he mentioned the early bird pricing for Hard Style Ventura II, every cell in my body cringed. But that can be your gain if you know how to get the jump on the limited early registration with the link BELOW.]

I personally guarantee your satisfaction at Hardstyle Ventura 2010, and I'm willing to bet that a few VERY special appearances from experts like Master RKC Mark Reifkind will only make this that much more of a uniquely powerful learning & training experience.”

"Doc" Mark Cheng, RKC Team Leader, FMS faculty

But wait, there’s MORE!  Hardstyle Ventura is an organic event that grows and changes each year.  Last year it was one day, this year it is two, who knows what will happen next year.  I personally appreciated the quality of the individuals that signed up last year that made it the amazing workshop that it was.

When you sign up, you become a HARDSTYLE CVENTURI0N (that is a shameless attempt at combining Venturian with Centurion, a Roman Commander):

-You will be notified of future events before anyone else

-You will be consulted about how you want to train at future HSV events.

-And most importantly, you will have the opportunity to sign up early for a future event at a generous DISCOUNTED rate.

I sincerely appreciate this community and this is my way of saying thank you to everyone who invests in this kind of intelligent training and makes HSV the special event it has become ($200 value).

Also, there were many people, including Sr. RKC and Hardstyle Poet Will Williams who took excellent and detailed notes of what went down last year.

These scrolls were shared privately among the attendees and it is likely (but not guaranteed) that the same thing will occur this year.  So bring a notepad but don’t worry if you miss something! ($70 value)

And lastly, Dragon Door has offered to ship out their goods at a discounted bulk rate.

Save on your shipping costs and pick up your goods conveniently in Ventura! (value depends on what you order and how heavy it is…you can save a ton on shipping this way, just ask the two comrades who ordered Beasts (106 pound kettlebells) last year).  I’ll send an email out a few months prior to the event with prices. ($100 Value)

Add all this up and you have $3,000.00 worth of value so sign up right now and:

-Secure your spot for your 2 DAY HARDSTYLE VACATION;

-your FREE BOOK by PAVEL;

-a 1 IN 2 CHANCE OF WINNING SOMETHING a valuable prize that will assist your training;

- BECOME A HARDSTYLE CVENTURI0N;

-SAVINGS and CONVENIENCE on your DRAGON DOOR orders that you can have in time to get broken in with the Pros at HSV 2.

The only time you can train with folks like Pavel, Dave Whitley, and Dr. Cheng not to mention all the other incredible trainers who will be hanging out is at the RKC and there you will pay well over $1,000.00

This is Pavel’s ONLY full day workshop completely devoted to perfecting your Bodyweight Strength (have you ever seen a fat, weak gymnast?) in the U.S.  The Doc and Iron Tamer Show is gonna rip the lid off it.

SO WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR!?!  I HOPE NOT SOMETHING BETTER THAN THIS!

HardStyle Value

Pavel usually charges personal clients $400 per hour.  Dr. Cheng charges $300 per hour. You will be spending two entire days with these gentlemen, getting specialized hands on treatment that will feel like a personal session.

Let’s be conservative and say you get 4 hours with Pavel and 2 with Doc and Dave Whitley.  That is over $2,000.00 right there alone.  They will be hands on assisting you and instructing you all day long for two solid days of training.

But to keep improving Hardstyle Ventura, there is more this year:

Since this event was such a smashing success last year, Pavel has graciously agreed to give each person who registers one of his books.  A FREE PAVEL BOOK!  For a list of Pavel’s Books, go HERE:

http://www.dragondoor.com/cgi-bin/prod_list.pl?pauthor=Pavel%20Tsatsouline?affid=9036

Which one?  That is up to democracy to decide.  Once it gets close to the workshop, I will poll the registrants and ask which book you all prefer and the majority will decide (this includes titles such as Beyond Bodybuilding or Power to the People Professional, a $50 value!).  This way we can hopefully get most of you one of Pavel’s books that you don’t already own. ($50 value) (If you are like me you already own most if not all of Pavel’s books…in which case you can always sell it.  Consider your Saturday Night group dinner paid for.)

But wait, there is more!  Everyone will be getting together on Friday night, November 5 for a Meet and Greet overlooking the Pacific Ocean at the Crowne Plaza in Ventura. We will be having a FREE PRIZE drawing and everyone who is registered will be included in a chance to win ONE OF THESE:

(3) copies of RKC TL Jordan Vezina and Max Shank’s hot off the press

“All Over Strong” and “The Corrections:Volume 1” 2 DVD Set ($70 value)

(http://www.averagetoelite.com/dm02/ and http://www.averagetoelite.com/dv01/ for details)
